We want you to give Follica a fair chance, so your first order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How it works. If you are not happy with Follica for any reason within 30 days of receiving your first order, email support@follicahair.com with your order number. We will refund your first order in full to your original payment method. You do not need to send anything back.

What is covered. Your first Follica order, once per customer. Later Auto Refill orders are not covered by the guarantee, but you can pause, skip or cancel your Auto Refill at any time before your next billing date, as described in our Cancellation policy.
