Auto Refill & account
How do I cancel my Auto Refill?
Sign in at follicahair.com/account with the email you used to order, open Subscriptions, and choose Cancel. There are no fees and no minimum number of orders. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the next billing date shown in your account. See our Cancellation policy for the full terms.
Can I skip or pause a refill?
Yes. Sign in to your account, open Subscriptions, and skip your next refill or pause your Auto Refill.
How do I change my address or order details?
Email us at support@follicahair.com with your order number and what you’d like to change, and we’ll help.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
We pack and ship most orders within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Around holidays and busy periods it can take up to 5 business days.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also sign in to your account to see your orders. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Follica is available in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and we ship internationally. Outside the United States and Canada, shipping is a flat $19.95 USD per shipment, including each refill. Customs can add a few days, and your country may charge import duties or taxes.
Using Follica
How do I use the serum?
Start with clean, dry or towel-dried hair. Part your hair and apply the drops directly to your scalp, focusing on the hairline, temples or crown. Gently massage with your fingertips for 1-2 minutes. Leave it in, and avoid washing your hair for 4-6 hours.
What ingredients are in the serum?
Pumpkin seed oil, saw palmetto, caffeine, and rosemary, alongside betaine, plant-derived glycerin, and tocopherol. The full ingredient list is in our FAQ.
